This Constitution shall be adopted by the majority vote of the people. Whereas the current world governments’ Constitutions do not allow their own invalidation, the people, by voting during their regular and legal elections and writing in “The Humanity Party” instead of voting for any registered Candidate for any office, unless such Candidate campaigns in support of this Constitution, shall invalidate the Constitution of the established governments; and by the voice of the majority of their votes ratify this Constitution for the Republic of Earth.
